Abir® SM CURRICULUM By Grandmaster Yehoshua Sofer

1. Breath and Motion
a)Baby Breath (initiating "Khayuth")
b)Breath for relaxation and longevity (Leviathan)
c)Bull and Donkey Breath
d)Angel Breath for silence and stealth

2.Twelve Tribes Motion and Stepping
1. Shimeon:
Entry through and exit from one of it's two symbols; The House via A, The door ( vertically ךנואמ ) B, The window ( horizontally ןזואמ )

Motions relating to Shimeon's second symbol which is the sword are characterized by slashing motions along a wide or narrow circular axis with the "blades" of the hands or feet when not armed with one of the Abir® arsenal of various swords.

2. Asher:
The Tree Principle
Movement of one part of the body must include a cooperative or supportive movement by the remainder of the whole body just as the movement of a tree branch causes the entire tree to move in unison with it.
3. Reuven:
The Flower Principle
ABIRSM employs perpetual motion. A flower may be rooted into the ground yet it sways and wobbles to and fro with each breeze or gust of wind only to return to it's original pose.more>>
